PTC and PTR are a bit the same. All you have to do is click some ads and wait for the required time to finish, for your account will be credited with the said amount to be earned.

If you're not into clicking ads, you can try the online surveys where you are being paid for your opinion. Same with the Paid to post in a forum. You can create you own topic and discuss it with fellow members who are being paid as well to post.
